These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (“the guest”) and Beyond North (“we,” “us,” or “our”) when booking and staying at our cabins. By making a reservation, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

Use of the Property
Guests agree to use the cabins responsibly, respect the surrounding environment, and leave the property in good condition. Any damage or loss caused during your stay may incur additional charges.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in and check-out times apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability and chareable.

Occupancy
Only the number of guests specified at the time of booking may stay in the cabin unless agreed otherwise. No events, parties, or commercial activity may take place without prior approval.

Liability
Guests are responsible for their own safety throughout their stay. Beyond North is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

Cancellations by Us (Owner)

We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions. In particular, if wind speeds or other weather conditions pose a safety risk, we may cancel the booking. Guests will be informed as soon as possible, and a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.

Weather and Outdoor Conditions

Guests should be aware that our property is located on the north coast of Scotland and may be affected by strong winds and storms.

Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received, as stated in your booking confirmation. Full payment must be made at least 14 days before the start of your stay. If full payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
