Guest Cancellations
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 14 days will not be refundable.

Bookings made at discounted or promotional rates may be non-refundable.

Date Changes
Where possible, we will work with you to move your stay to alternative dates. Changes may be subject to seasonal pricing differences or rebooking fees.

Cancellations by Beyond North
In the rare event we must cancel or amend your stay due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or offered alternative dates.

Processing
Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your provider.
