Reservations
Bookings are made via our website or approved partners. A reservation is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable; however, we will endeavour to move your booking to another suitable date if possible. Changes may be subject to seasonal pricing differences or rebooking fees.

Payment
Deposit is required at the time of booking unless you are booking within 14 days of your stay, where a full payment is then required. Full payment must be made at least 14 days before the start of your stay. If full payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

Minimum Stay
Certain dates may require a minimum number of nights. This will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

Changes to Bookings
If you need to amend your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to seasonal pricing differences or rebooking fees.
